Subject: Call for expressions of interest in view of the upcoming auction sale of 10 BB 27000 locomotives from the Fret SNCF fleet

As part of the disposal process of 10 Alstom BB 27000 locomotives owned by Fret SNCF, Agorastore is launching a non-discriminatory call for expressions of interest concerning the entire aforementioned lot.
The procedure is open to any operator, company, or organization active in the railway or industrial sectors within the EU or EEA, except for the SNCF Group and its subsidiaries.
This is not a tender procedure nor a selective process. It is a preparatory phase ahead of the auction to be conducted by Agorastore, with a dedicated public announcement to follow in October 2025.
The objectives of this phase are to:
- Inform the European market about the planned auction of these locomotives in November 2025;
- Share the initial technical data available;
- Organize potential preliminary technical inspections;
- Identify prospective buyers and gather expressions of interest (number of units, targetted price, intended use, level of interest, etc.)

Elle vise à :

- Mettre à disposition des données techniques ;
- Organiser d'éventuelles visites techniques préalables ;
- Identifier les acquéreurs potentiels et recueillir les intentions d’achat (nombre d’unités, prix souhaité, usages envisagés, niveau d’intérêt, etc.)
